Human Rights Management 

Acenanochem Co., Ltd. has established and implemented a formal Human Rights Management Policy to protect and promote the human rights of all stakeholders, including our employees. This policy explicitly outlines our commitments, including 'non-discrimination in employment,' 'protection of women’s rights and maternity,' 'prohibition of forced and child labor,' and 'guarantee of the three basic labor rights.' Human Rights Management Activities 

Ace Nanochem Co., Ltd. establishes regular human rights management plans and conducts human rights training and impact assessments for employees, led by the responsible department. In cases where human rights violations are identified involving employees or other stakeholders related to our business activities, we take immediate action in accordance with our human rights grievance redress procedures.

Ace Nanochem Co., Ltd. is committed to growing alongside our employees by conducting regular common and customized training programs. 

We provide essential common training for all staff, while offering tailored programs designed for specific needs, such as those for management personnel and new hires.

Information Security 

Ace Nanochem Co., Ltd. handles and manages personal and confidential information in accordance with our internal information protection policies. An executive in charge of management, delegated by the CEO, oversees all information protection and security operations, and all personnel in the Management Support Department act as authorized handlers responsible for tasks related to information protection and management. We conduct annual information security training to enhance the security awareness of all employees.
